By far one of our most popular cupcakes (winner of the best cake in scotland award 2014/15 and 2015/16), we couldn't help but create a celebration cake version too - vanilla sponge filled with galloway lodge raspberry jam then finished with a swirl of white chocolate frosting, a scottish raspberry and a dusting of icing sugar.
