Also known as Dan Dan Mian, originates from Sichuan. This noodle dish is aromatic, addictive & full of umami goodness. Smoky chilli oil, tingly and numbing sichuan pepper is used to create this classic. All noodle bowls come with da ja’s dan dan sauce, noodles, leafy greens, preserved mustard greens, spring onions, red chillis, our home made chilli oil, roasted sesame seeds and roasted peanuts.
