Spicy Fried Tofu ‘Pinger’ Burger (VEGAN)
Inspired by a well known 'zingy' junk food item, but way better for you (and the planet). We sear some tofu, marinade overnight, then fry with panko breadcrumbs until crisp and delicious. The finished fillet is served in a black sesame brioche bun with umami-rich mayo, kimchi, cavolo nero, carrot and fresh sprouts. Damn fine.

Our vegan take on a classic shawarma kebab, using celeriac as the 'meat' in the dish. Alongside the celeriac we've got tahini, minted yoghurt, pomegranate seeds, pickles, lettuce, herbs - served in a flatbread.
