But, once again scrapping regions, vintages and labels to unleash creativity, they've hit dizzying heights of richness again. A blend of Verdejo, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, aged on texture-imparting lees and partially in vanilla-slathering oak, it's a creamy cocktail of peach, apricot and lemon.
