Made by local Kentishtowner Phelim on his one acre of vines in Languedoc, this is a beautiful red, with Syrah and Carignan grapes. Spicy, plummy and a great bod. Named Le Coin Caché, which means "The Hidden Spot", as that's where his grandad used to go for a cheeky fag during family dinners. That's him on the label.

From a family friend's Costa Rican farm we've visited ourselves. Currently we have their Honey Process (sweet, fruity, vanilla toffee) or Natural Process (juicy berries and green apples). Ask in order instructions which one. Let us know too if you want it ground, and what for (e.g. french press, V60, stove top etc.)
